Paleo diet is all about eating like a caveman. It is a diet which takes our eating habits to the days when humans were hunter-gatherers. Yes, it’s the time before the man invented agriculture and moved on to eat cereals and grains. The paleo diet advocates are of the opinion that the human body is actually not comfortable with consuming grains and cereals and that’s because of the fact that for a very very long period of time the humans have been hunter-gatherers and agriculture is too young to change the human bodies genetic disposition towards agriculture. Anyways that’s a pretty debatable topic and we would not be wandering there.
